    Food and cleanliness of room. I stayed at the Ambassador Playa 1 from August 3rd until August 18th. Bad service and nothing to suit boys. Air conditioning made the room cold when it was off it was too hot. Overall good but should fix problems

    As I have stated above the Hotel is excellently located. The rooms are cosy and kept spotlessly clean by domestic staff. We were treated to clean linen and towels daily. Rooms are Air conditioned and very pleasant. The Food served at breakfast and evening meal (we were on half-board basis) was excellent and an extensive choice available. There really is something to suit everyone's palette catering for Children also. I can honestly say I enjoyed a hearty meal every day, there was certainly ...

    Very good hotel ruined by attitude of reception staff.
