I'm moving to another state and purchased some items, like TV, mattress, etc. Bank of America blocked my Platinum Plus card. Just sent me an email that they suspect a fraud and that I have to call them to unlock the card. I tried to call several times, but after waiting for 10-15 minutes was not able to get through. I plan to cancel this card and my account with Bank of America. Worst service ever.

They did not provide any reason for changing all the terms of my card. They simply sent me a lengthy legal statement announcing that they were doing so. Honestly, the letter was hard for me to understand, however it included a changes in my interest rates and fees. I couldn't believe it.

When I received my card, my husband warned that since the card sounded too good to be true, there were probably a lot of hidden activation fees and a high interest rat ...
