I applied through their webside for a loan, based on their claim of charging no brokers fees. I received an email very quickly telling me they had sourced a loan, and to call them up. I phoned up, gave my details and was asked for a brokers fee of £49. I immediately told them I didn't want to go ahead, and dialled off. Thinking about it later, I called up to query this and spoke to the rudest man ever who hung up on me for asking to speak to a manager. I then called back and spoke to Dan who said he was the manager, he told me that their number shouldn't be on the website, and he would look into this. Absolute rubbish.

I cant really give much of a review of No-Fee-Loans because they never got back to me.. I got the automated email from them and the phone number on the email just goes to an answering machine.. I left a message but still no reply.. Thet obviously couldnt source a loan for me.. Would have been nice to have been told though..:(

If no free loans are successful in sourcing your loan for you then I imagine that this would be a great company to do buisness with.

I couldnt really give a very fair rating for no-fee-loans because I never got a reply (except for the automated email) and the phone line went to a answerphone and no-one replied to my message.. Ill try phoning them again tomorrow and see what happens.

No Fee Loans were recommended to me by my brother who also used them for an unsecured loan.
I had tried a few other big names including Yes Loans. That went sour as I had paid £50 and pretty much got nowhere. I found this was the case more often than not. i.e there seems to be a lot of firms who charge just for the application.
No fee loans, as you would expect, didn't charge anything for the application.
Very fast, very efficient and a very good rate which was even more pleasing as I hav ...

I applied with No Fee Loans last week. I also got a email saying they would get back to me within 24 hours and a freephone number to call if I had heard nothing. I called the next day and was made an offer. This was then sent to me in the post to sign and return. In all I was paid out within about a week. Considering the offer had to be sent and returned through the post, I don't think this was to bad.

I applied to no-fee-loans on Monday online - got a quick standard 'thank you' email response, but heard nothing since - that was 5 days ago.
I would chase them, but I applied to two other companies who have rang me to keep me up to date, so I'm not going to chase them.
    Not sure on these guys

No Fee Loans didn't charge a broker fee. I had applied with several companies, only to find they wanted anything upwards of £50 for accepting my application!!!

Very quick, one page application form.

    Thumbs up :)
