Good Points: Fast, good cap limits, superb customer service.
Bad Points: More expensive than competitors.
General comments: Fireflyuk is more expensive than some competitors, value for money is, of course, a product of price and quality and Fireflyuk's product is superb. The connection is always stable and the speeds are always high. On the few occasions I've asked for technical support, it has been very fast and personalised. Can you imagine the owner of AOL answering the phone or replying to an email?! Well with Fireflyuk that is the norm.
I've been with them for about 4 years - firstly on dial up and now on adsl max.
Don't be tempted to save a few pounds every month and put up with a slow speed. I really do recommend that you think about spending a couple of quid more and using Firefly.
