Good Points: Honest, super efficient and very reasonable given the type of cars they maintain.

Bad Points: None at all. Maybe he should be mobile so that I could use him when im back in Bournemouth.

General comments: The staff at Owen Perry Automotive worked an absolute miracle on my 2003 Audi RS6. The alternator died late on the 30th December 2008, the same time that all other garages were packing up for new year. I was on holiday seeing my parents and desperately needed the car for the coming saturday (3rd Jan) to drive south. He somehow managed to order a new part from Audi, fit it and get my car running again by the morning of the 31st - thats the following morning. How he did it I do not know but he saved be a nightmare expensive trip home by hire car/plane with missus and dog. His attention to detail is outstanding and on top of the repair had listed several critical issues which I should have attended to at the earliest opportunity.

This is the kind of garage that you look for when you are fed up of flashy dealerships overcharging and under-working. For BMW, Porsche, Audi, Mercedes and Volvo especially, this team will go out of their way to do whats right for you and the car. Though prestige cars are the usual there is no snobbery or reflection of this in the price.
Fast, friendly and can accommodate around your time with reasonable prices.
