    Excellent service. I phoned and had to leave a message but they called me back an hour later apologising for not picking up the phone because they were busy. NO problem. Tiara arrived from Princess Sparkle in 48 hours and is perfect and I saved myself £25.

    I sent numerous emails to Princess Sparkle and they were answered almost instantly. They looked at a picture of my dress and advised me about the petticoat I needed. They suggested, if I wasn't sure I should get one from the shop where I got my dress so I could try it with my dress.
    I did buy from them and got the petticoat in two days and £25 less than the shop price. They must have been fed up with me because I kepot changing my mind but they were very very helpful

    Excellent service! Bought a tiara from Princess Sparkle for half the shop price and it arrived in two days, beautifully packaged.

    Absolutely diabolical service. I had to return an item to Princess Sparkle and had nothing but trouble. This so called company have no idea how to treat customers. I had to wait over 6 weeks for a refund. Not a way to run a business. You should be ashamed with yourselves.

    I had seen and tried these shoes in a shop and then saw that from here they were nearly half the price for exactly the same shoes I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking to save money on their wedding but still want the choice and quality to make your day special.
    Than you so much for the excellent service.

    I am pretty pleased that I got the wrap I wanted for a good price. I would recommend them, but make sure you know what you are looking for, as it is not as easy to tell what something is like on the Princess Sparkle site as it is in a shop.

    I was happy with my experience with this company, and I am buying my tiara (such a good price).

    Princess Sparkle have a nice website. It is easy to order, and I received an email as soon as I had ordered confirming delivery date. I liked the fact that I could speak to someone. They also have brilliant prices - it made me a bit wary, but having spoken to the them, I was happy.
