Booked a holiday through this company after a disastorous booking with ON THE BEACH???? The guy I spoke to on the phone was excellent. He gave me great info and telephoned me back. Havent actually been on the holiday yet but if the customer service was anything to go by then we are in for a good time.

When I booked the package I received an email with details of the components I had booked. Unfortunately before I took the holiday I changed my Broadband supplier. They, the old supplier, cancelled my email address and so I was not receiving emails on my old address. This was the address that I had given to thisistravel to contact me. Foolishly, I took my printed copy of the original email to the airport. No problem here. I got onto the flight and eventually arrived in Paphos, Cyprus. At this point I realized that I didn't know who was to supply the hire car. Perhaps I had been sent an email that didn't arrive?

I found a UK telephone number on this original email and called it from the airport. Quite quickly I got through to a lady who promised to call me back ; on my mobile, in a few minutes. After about seven minutes she did as she had promised, gave me directions to find the appropriate people and told me if there was any problem to call her again. There were no problems. Everything went smoothly after this. I would not hesitate to use this company again and can certainly recommend them from my own experience.
