    Good Points: Looks good
    Has many functions


    Bad Points: Difficult to keep clean.
    Did not wash very well.
    Went wrong too many times.


    General comments: Just about anything that could go wrong with this machine did go wrong. I think the engineers got to know me quite well, as they visited approx 8 times to fix my Hotpoint BFT68 dishwasher. The display went several times. It would get stuck in a cycle. Did not rinse well. Flooded the kitchen twice. I could not leave the house if it was running. I now have full refund, and I will look for another manufacturer.

    The LCD display on my Hotpoint BFT68 dishwasher broke soon after purchase. Also, the utensil tray has broken, and the dishwasher does not clean properly and stacking is not easy. It has been 'repaired' three times, and it still doesn't work properly!
