    Good Points: Very quick to take your money!


    Bad Points: Don't care after they have your money. Bad comunication if any! You have to chase them for answers. To many people to deal with, so your claim gets lost in the process.


    General comments: My wife and I took out Long Stay travel insurance from world wide insure travel insurance. From the 18th March 2009 up to now, we still have not been paid. They said it had been paid some time back but when i checked, nothing. Then they said it would be done as soon as possible, they deposited about £10. Instead of £139.00 It cost more to deposit the £10 into my account outside of the UK.
    Anyway, it has just been lie after lie from them.

    I have set up a website with Google with all the emails sent and recieved to and from them to me. Feel free to have a look and you will see why i recomend you go else where. I want people to see what they are about before they get caught.
    They are very helpfull to get your money, but after that, they dont care!

    The website is fairly easy to use and gave me all the facts I needed about my travel insurance whilst being cheaper than a lot of the others that I looked at and also having nice staff on the phone.
