I took out annual Travel Insurance with Virgin in Feb 2013, we discussed our Medical staus, we were quoted a price. On recieving our Insrance certificate, my wife,s Medical status was removed. The claim process was very simple, straight forward and easy to do. Our claim was paid out without any problems within a week of submitting the claim. Very very happy and will always use... We were burgled on holiday and after waiting 10 weeks for our claim to be processed, they sent us a cheque for a tenth of the value of the claim, with no explanation. To say we were insulted and upset is an understatement. They don't cover a lot of your everyday items, so the policy is worthless.
