I agree 403Henderson! My family had a horrible experienced last December 23, 2014 going to Boracay. I am hopeful your management has to do something with the system. I would like to inform your aviation company due to our concern that make sure that it won't happen again! Delayed is very unreasonable that there is no plane available yet! We follow the policy and rules you had legally written on the agreement. I am really frustrated too when I heard for what had happened to my family looking forward to have fun in our beautiful places in Boracay. My concern was please give your captain and crews more training being polite to all the tourists who come and visit our country. DO NOT make promises to all the passengers that there is no plane yet available in their time. Wait an hour and you will be next!!! What had happened was my family still patiently waiting and listen to your words "TO WAIT"!!!! But I do believe this is really frustrating waiting 6:30am-10:30pm before you let them in on the plane. But your captain just laughed on them. Whom do you think you are guys?? This is really embarrassing to the foreigners who come and visit our beautiful island. If you hear what they said ... This is the first and last time coming here in the Philippines" CEBU Pacific is really suck!!! Also your personnel staff reputation are really low, talking on the phone based on our experienced are really terrible. They have no manners entertaining the clients. Please do something and fix this manpower services. Do not accept more passengers that it wouldn't fit on your plane. This can be fix so easily depends on how you check your online booking rather than focusing to walk in passengers. Please prioritize all the passengers who had booked earlier online instead of taking more walk in passengers. PLEASE CHECK THIS OUT!!!!! This is not right treating people that way...

“Unrelialbe - only fly with ceb if you no other choice”

Our flight was cancelled due to "bad weather". But why could several other planes leave the airport at the same time? The rainy weather was used only as an excuse because the plane arrived a bit too late at Manila airport, and they were too slow to get the plane ready for the next flight in time. But of course - as they could blame the weather, they don´t have to compensate .... And they even failed to book us on the next day, we had to wait for 2 days in Manila. Delayed flight due to an aircraft problem?!? Excuse me you could have atleast notified or announced that there was a delay on that particular flight not wait for the customer to reach the check in and be disappointed. “Cebu Pacific Camiguin-Cebu Flight ”

Cebu Pacific Air is one of the biggest airlines in the Philippines and I really have no idea why. I recently went to the Philippines as I did loads of research before I booked one of my flights with Cebu Pacific. I have to admit, I read all the reviews on here, and felt like I shouldn't book any of my flights with them. I was taking a total of 5 flights, 4 of which I booked with Philippine Airlines. “Do not fly with CEBU”

Here is my experience with Cebu Pacific. The first time I flew with them was a trip from Hong Kong to Boracay. They didn't let me board the airplane because they said I didn't have a return flight from Boracay. “Are you kidding me?”

Thank you Cebu Pacific for making it one of the worst experiences of our lives. All (6) of were unable to board the because you not overbooked the flight, but also refused to provide a refund. “Desaste luggage handling, poorest follow up”

Our luggage was seriously damaged, the suitcase can no longer be used. We claimed the case on arrival and were told within max. 3 working days we would receive a notification. After three weeks and several phone calls initiated from our side there is still no confirmation. There is no contact at all from airline side, the phone number from guest services given to us can never be reached, simply no replies. “lost stuff today”

this is my worst experienced EVER in this airlines. i wouldnt expect about it. next time i wouldnt choose this airline again. I CAME FROM MANILA THIS MORNING FLIGHT 5J381 BOUND TO CDO. “NOt consumer friendly”

I book a flight for nov 28 2012 and i didnt check the itinerary they send to the email add, 5 days later when i wanted to print my itinerary i learn that the flight date had been change to dec 28 2012. I just filed a complaint through their email today but a response will only be serve 7 days later. well if you wanted to be sure you can buy your ticket directly at ticketing areas, but for me i just had a really bad experience with Ceb while booking online. I thought since it wud be easier to book online so I just did, but sad to say, it did not pan out well.

PAL would cost more than CebPa but I dont have the authority to say that they'll provide better service, I did book online for PAL thou and my transaction went without a glitch there.

Also there was no flight delays that occurred during my flight, which was really good.

I am frequent and loyal passenger of Cebu Pacific but what happened last at MCIAA Cebu Pacific check in desk without baggage last October 20 @ 7:40 am is a very big disappointment. Check in desk crew don't know how to handle passengers who came late because of unavoided circumstances. “GROUND CREW - DOESNT HAVE COMMON UNDERSTANDING!”

Cebu Pacific (CEBU/MACTAN) Ground Crew should know what is the the check-in baggage limitations, they have to be strict in implementing these rules. It happens to us. We were in a group web check-in. As what I understand WEB check-in is faster than the normal check-in. Avoiding the hassle of queuing up. But it resulted to the same way. Learn to use a scale before heading to the airport. You chose to fly no frills, but a regular ticket next time. I'm with Cebu on this one. You know that you have 15KG you disregarded it, so why is this a problem of CEBU staff?

And? you flew no frills, you know the rules, it's 15KG times 3 and not 47KG. You disregarded the written agreement and now you blame the staff to follow the procedures given to them by their management. It's no frills, they live from these extra charges and you are naive if you think you can bend these rules at any time. I'm with CEBU on this one.

“Worst Airline”

For the second time, i lost a fare for my wife because another airlines flight was late and she missed the Cebu Pathetic connecting flight. It was a typhoon at the time and probably the only time ever, the Cebu Pacific flight took off nearly on time. Had to buy a new ticket with PAL. The Cebu Pathetic hotline staff had me holding on the phone nearly half an hour and then came back and put the phone down. Cheap and rubbish. “Cebu Pacific Has Thieves Working For Them, Travel At...”

CEB is just a good budget airline other than that is none. Our flight going to tuguegarao took 2 more hours because the plane needs to get back to manila airport due to technical problems. Are they not checking their plane before they take-off? Im glad were safe though. I fly a lot and dont know how to discourage ANYONE in fact to take this airline if you could name it that way .
