Good Points: When I bought this I was told it was basically a Bosch dishwasher labelled up as a Hotpoint. The shop said that Hotpoint don't make their own slim-line integrated any more, so they buy Bosch and label them up as their own, and sell them a bit cheaper. I believe this to be true, as the inside of my dishwasher looks exactly like a Bosch. It's very quiet, and very simple to use. Completely reliable so far (hence no service / support rating). I've had it for more than two years and no problems. It's integrated, so no outside looks to comment on, but the inside is good quality, with baskets with fold down bits for more flexibility (very important if you want to put saucepans and things in). It also beeps to let you know it's done.

Bad Points: It's hardly a bad point, but it could have a few more accessories like knife racks and things. There's no delay timer, but that seems to be a bit of a rare thing on dishwashers anyway. Wasn't cheap.

General comments: I would assume the Hotpoint BC20 dishwasher is an old model now, but it would certainly be worth considering the newer Hotpoint slim line integrated dishwasher if they are anything like this one.
