Booked a pick up to and from the hotel by Sunmaster, on our return journey the taxi did not turn up . After lots of calls to the company (from my mobile ) who said we were not on their list and time getting near to our flight time we had to get a taxi which obviously we had to pay for! “Martinez apts Majorca ”

I booked a holiday for my husband and I and to friends to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary, at the Martinez apts Palma Nova, we had to collect the keys from the Gabarda Hotel the staff were all extremely friendly , the receptionist gave us the keys stating the rooms were on the same floors when we arrived ours was on the ground floor room 101 my heart sank when we opened the door it looked like a prison cell, dark and dingy with bars on the Windows no balcony as described in the hotel… Read Full Review

selected flights, transfers hotel. Price £596.00 Holiday reserved 17/9/16. No call back from Sunmaster so I rang them this morning 19/9/16 Price now £717.00 !!!!! Price increase blamed on Low availability of seats on return flight ? Checked Thomas Cook Flights and the flight had gone up less than £5 per passenger since 17/9/16. “Awful experience”

We booked through Sunmaster for a trip to Ibiza. We got the price from the website and by the time we got a call back to confirm our booking the price had gone up by £150. We accepted this price anyway. We booked a shuttle transfer with our package which they completely messed up, Departed from Gatwick on the 20th at 11pm which meant by the time we arrived in Ibiza it was technically the 21st. “Italian holiday ruined by very bad customer service”

I booked an italian holiday last year and everything was fine until we arrived and we found that the wrong hotel had been booked. Behind the website's facade there is no realtime booking system like Expedia or Lastminute, instead you rely on a "request" being generated from your holiday website selection which they intend to have someone look at within 48hrs. Of course that means that the holiday that your book is possibly going to change price or even become unavailable by the time that they get round to taking a look at the request. We chose a holiday. It all looked good and we booked it or at least we thought we had. It said they would ring to confirm. After waiting 48 hours, we missed the call. We tried to call back several times but was told they would phone us. When we finally got the call, we were told it would cost us an extra £120 (in addition to £100 for suitcases)as flights had gone up (but were same price still on their site). You book online and they take card details so you think holiday is confirmed. Oh no the phone call back 2 days tells a lie that the particular airline has pulled out of your chosen destination ( 5 miles from where we live ) would you like to go from another destination ( 200 miles from where we live) no thank you !!!! You go to their website, work your way through it, book your holiday give them your bank details, contact points. you think you have bought/confirmed your holiday at the price agreed. Then you get an email, they need to contact you. ring them urgently !! you ring them and find , what you booked is not what you thought. “Worst holiday company ever.”

Booked what I thought was a cheap holiday started at £1200 ended up at £1800...after less than 12/14 hrs I wanted to cancel as the family couldn't make up their minds to go. Couldn't get a full refund 12/14HRS!!!! after booking not even 24hrs had passed. Ok tried to get others to go instead wanted another £200 for each name change. When called back 24 hours later they wanted to charge in excess of £280 just to add one hold baggage and to book seats. I would give this company a No Star absolutly discusted.

They have taken £1500 from my account today for a holiday that wasnt there when they went back to book it. They voided the payment and now we have to wait 72 hours for it to be recredited into our account and its Bank Holiday so it wont go back in until WED/THU next week, we were going away on Monday.

I rang to complain The lady hung up.

I rang again a Lady told me I had to complain online but there online system dosnt work so be warned.

So now I will get this out there its going on socil media and I will get this stopped, I am now writing to the primister and then papers

I haven't been on the holiday yet but I have now experienced the booking process. Our £1,100 holiday for 7 days in Malta cost £1,599 by the time they'd explained the flight I'd chosen was no longer available and that there were Thomas Cook luggage costs to add on etc. So I do hope that this isn't the taste of things to come! so did we until didnt get picked up from our resort.
then trying to get our money back for our taxi fare was a joke.

we still dont have it back and we proved with emails from the hotel that the driver didnt turn up.

the complaint system is so frustrating you give up in the end and then they block you from being their firends on fb - very poor after service

I wouldn't personally consider even looking at sunmaster's website again - never mind booking a holiday through them. We were warned that this company increases the price of your holiday, despite you thinking it's been processed successfully - the travel team contact you to confirm your booking & at the same time (as in my experience) increase the price by hundreds !
