    would never use them again. they messed up our flights, stuck us on a bus for 3.5hrs each way, forgot to change our shuttle to resort leaving us stranded in bodrum airport, and then didnt seem to care. has cost me an extra£80 to sor it all out! and still not had any refunds from them.

    you are bound to have problems with this company so when you do telephone goldtrail holidays on 020 8287 3001 instead of the 0870 number.
    rep was never at the holtel and unable to contact by phone. problems with flights and transferes that was goldtrails fault. terrible - dont book!

    well, I'm glad I didnt read these reviews about goldtrail before i booked with them ! Am recently back from a weeks all-in at Liters Fethiye Relax in Ovacik, Hisaronu, for which we paid £372 each for a week, flying from gatwick. For that money, I have to say we had a great holiday ! The flight and transfer was no-problem, on time etc etc. The hotel was a bit tatty and shabby but basically clean, the staff were lovely, the food was Turkish ( o what a surprise!) and we loved it, lots of vari ...

    We booked a holiday with gold trails spot on holiday,flow out of bristol on time,got to dalaman early good flight,coach transfer was 2hrs had a 15 min comfort break on way,ekinic palace apparments in icmelar were lovely and clean,room cleaned every day bed and towels changed every 3 days.big bar with free internet large clean pool plenty of sun loungers,get the ones at far end so you get the sun till late in the day,staff are good food is too,10 min walk from town centre and baech.Only complaint ...

    What an appalling company! The last three days of hour holiday were ruined by this company. We did not book directly with them, but used another company who used them. They told us our flights were being bought forward by 2 hours, when I checked on the internet the day before and on the day, the flight number was not recognised. We spoke many times at length to the company who insisted the flight was going ahead, despite our reception people at the hotel (fortunately not a Goldtrail one!) to ...

    Just came home to uk after a week at Litera Gumbet Beach.Its a hell hole PLEASE DONT GO TO THIS PRISON filthy rooms,dirty bedding & towels,as for the food its undescribable unless you want limp salad for breakfast,lunch and supper,drinks are watered down never have we been to an all inclusive with no standards at all.As for the private beach its so small and you will need to carry an oxygen tank at all times due to the amount of steps.This shithole needs closing down its a health &safety risk.No ...

    Goldtrail.. the only goldtrail is your money into their bank account...Booked a 2 week holiday to Kusadasi July/August 2009. No rep to meet us at the airport. We had to find our transfer bus. Aparently the rep often doesn't turn up. We had complaints about our hiotel, it was dirty, loud, and very samll rooms.     We booked a week away to turkey with Goldtrail Holidays, it was only when we landed in turkey that we were told we would not be going to the hotel, or area, that we had booked. Goldtrail messed us around from start to finish, I would most definitely say that if you are thinking about having a cheap break away, which I have to say, ours wasn't that cheap, pay a little bit extra and go with someone else.

    Albeit last minute booking (E-ticket)- wrong info given by Goldtrail rep when booking i.e
    1)sent to wrong terminal which was not noted on E-ticket either
    2)no hot food on board flight
    3)Booked balcony & not allocated one on arrival
    Poor hotel, local drinks & representaion at Hotel by GT reps who were young in-experinced with no Turkish language skills. Told 12 midnight flight entitled to room until departure but not so - hassled all last day by hotel staff to vacate room and had to. Finall ...

    We have not even started our Goldtrail Holiday yet (i.e. we are first leaving tomorrow) but we have already had indirect problems with Goldtrail Holidays. We booked a 2 weeks holiday to Rhodes, Greece last week through a travel agent called 'Yourholidays.com', after having spent many hours identifying and selecting an accommodation with good online reviews.     The practice of extracting £80 to issue 4 shoddy photocopied ticket to replace a single emailed confirmation of an e ticket at Dalaman airport is despicable. I don't care if its standard procedure, it is wrong!

    This ruined an otherwise great trip to a great country through goldtrail holidays.

    just arrived back from Turkey flew out with Goldtrail never again no communication at all delayed going out coming back thought we where staying at airtport forever had a brill holiday in our own apartment but waiting for the flight was awful 7 hrs delayed flight was with saga airways refreshments where expensive and disgusting didnt bother with any drinks coming back wrote to goldtrail to express our disappointment didnt even get a reply they cant be bothered got our money thats it never again ...

    I have to admit to feeling more than a little anxious when booking with goldtrail following a plethora of bad press. However I have to admit to being impressed. I think it helped that we are veteran visitors to stoupa, going 3-4 times yearly for many years-we also knew the imelda appartments where we had booked to stay-which are first class, well equipped (including hair dryer and kettle!), clean and well located.     We arrived on Friday 1st May, La Luna Hotel, Gumbet. We were put in a low floor accommodation, which was dark and facing a building which was half finished. The lights did not work with the key we were given, and kept flickering off and on. We complained and were given an upper room,near the reception.     Very very dissapointed with whole Goldtrail Holidays experience.....could'nt wait to get back to UK.

    Arrived at hotel claiming to be 5*, well dissapointed as I would give it no more than a 2* rating. Dirty rooms, burnt out carpets, stained walls, stained bedding, no working loo, no working light bulb in loo, no mini bar, no internet, .............much more!!

    Having highlighted problems with rep, took her 3 days to acknowledge as she was too busy with those spending money with her booking tours ...

    Flew out from Belfast 29th September. No food on flight as far as I was aware, even to buy. I was rebuked by a flight attendant because I would not leave the queue for the toilet where I had been waiting for 15 minutes and she was displeased when I stood my ground and told her I was staying put and moving nowhere.     I do not recommend GOLDTRAIL Holidays. I booked a holiday for my daughter and her boyfriend at La Luna hotel in Gumbet, It is her first holiday abroad without us and having been at Lu Luna a few weeks ago myself knew it was a good hotel and being in the resort centre I felt safer knowing she wouldn't have to walk far at night.     We were delayed for 13 hours from Manachester to Dalaman, we were taken to a hotel and were told via a board we would be picked up at 3pm. This did not happen, no communication at all through the day we were only taken back to the airport at 7.20 when a waitress from the hotel told us a coach had turned up.
