Good Points: Nice colour
Bad Points: Where do i start
General comments: I have just bought the mammas and pappas o-zon pram is looked like a really good buy in the catologe so i paid for it got it home set it up, only to discover the saftey harness would not come off and as my son is only 9 weeks old they were digging in his back im sending this item back tomorrow and changing it for a travel system from mothercare as im not at all happy with the pram .

Don't ever shop at mamas and papas. it's got the worst products ever. and if you ever are gonna buy something from them then go to an independant retailer because you'll get a much better price, the stores and the internet price are a complete rip off.

Having said all this, M&Ps were very forthcoming with spare parts I requested, even though I didn't purchase the pushchair direct from them.

Where do i start this is the worst design i have ever come across! I brought the pram to use with the primo viaggio car seat as it said it was compatable with it. When i went to put the car seat on the pram i couldnt work out how it was surposed to clip on i spent more than 2 stressfull hours trying to suss it out and gave up in the end and presumed that its just didnt fit. Back rest broke, rain cover zip broke, brakes broke. Like the others this was taken into the retailer where I bought it who returned it to Mamas and Papas 4 times. I asked the retailer to refund or exchange the pushchair but they would not accommodate any request. Ended up battling through trading standards but never got anywhere with it.

After buying an entire room full of mamas and papas furniture and decor, baby accessories and the pram from hell - I feel we received a considerably poor standard of customer service and I would never buy anything else from the company again. Nor would i reccomend Mamas and Papas goods to other parents. Being a parent is a stressful time without having to deal with poorly manufactured goods and customer service staff who let me down!

This is a terrible product. Mamas and Papas seem surprised that customers would expect brakes to work on a pushchair and expect the customer to do the running in resolving the problem. My recommendation is to AVOID any Mamas and Papas pushchair.

We bought the Ozon Sportivo in July 2006. It was on special offer, and it was a steal at £250 for the pram, car seat, MyPod, changing bag and sun shade. The pram colour was in zinc, and it was an end of line. Sophie was born on 12th August, and the pram was excellent during the summer months when used with the MyPod; very cosy and secure. The Mamas and Papas Ozon Sportivo pushchair that we bought on October 6th, 2006 from the Southampton M&P's was meant to include a raincover. After the birth of our child who was born early, we discovered that the raincover had not been included. I called M&P's on November 11th, and was then delivered the WRONG raincover, which clearly did not fit.
