Good Points: Very good value for money
    Clear instructions
    Very good specifications (see review)

Bad Points: Don't include separate spade connectors needed

General comments: Well after my friend was so impressed with my pioneer TSg1309s I sold them to him, for the same price I paid for them, I was speakerless!

As I work at Halfords, I'm always on the look out for bargains and came accross these. They were the last in stock and were going for around about £12:99 having been reduced from £39:99, so I thought I might as well have them.

For how much I paid for them, I am very impressed - more than the Pioneer TSGs.

    Now for the specifications.

They are 2 way speakers (meaning the have either a mid bass driver or a woofer and a tweeter) and measure 13cms, and they are made from Injected Polypropelene, and the surround is made of some sort of rubber, for clear tight sound quality.

Now for what's included, you get the speakers (obviously) around about 15ft worth of wires it you decide you want to amp them or not with spade connectors on the end, but don't include ones which can be crimped onto pre existing wires, and the screws and clips to mount them to the doors or where the pre existing ones were.

They have an input power of 28 watts rms or have a max output of 120 watts, they have a maximum decibel output of 92DB. The impedance load is 4 ohms. They have frequency response of 35hz-22000hz.

The instructions are very clear, they even include a template for those who want to install the speakers in door cards, or parcel shelves etc.

    TIPS:-

What might be a worthwhile investment would be some dynamat, as some cars like French cars suffer from bad panel rattle (meaning where the speakers movements ie the bass makes plastic in your car rattle, it gets worse with the more bass you have) or just as good, place some loft insulation behind the door cards but when doing this make sure you are in a well ventilated area as the fibreglass is harmful in large amounts, as a result of doing this you will have next to nothing in panel rattle. You can run these speakers or a headunit (that's what I'm doing) or run them off a small amp in order to get the most out of them.

All in all for how much I've paid for these I am very impressed with them, and would recommend them to anyone, if they want to improve their sound system

Hope my review was of some use!
