This was my first time selling a property, and overall, I was very pleased with House Network. I opted for a premier negotiator package. PROs: Fantastic customer service, simple and easy-to-use online platform & 100% control over how my property was marketed and sold. Doing the viewings myself was extremely beneficial and allowed me to make an educated decision on who I felt would be reliable/keen enough to follow through with buying my property. CONs: **Lack of sales negotiation strategy support: In hindsight, I could have been more bullish with my sale price/negotiation, and although House Network did answer all my queries, I wish I had had more professional strategic guidance from House Network. **Users need to do their homework: Users still need to be savvy about pricing their property appropriately as House Network will not be as familiar with your local area. **Getting full details of buyer: Make sure House Network get full details from the buyer. It was not until much later after accepting an offer that we learned our buyer was taking a 95% mortgage, which could have jeopardised the purchase of our home. Thankfully, it didn’t, but it caused a lot of worry. To be honest though, I’ve heard a lot worse about high street estate agents, and especially considering the thousands of pounds we saved in estate agent fees, I'll definitely be using Houenetwork when we decide to sell our new property.

Initially nervous about purchasing a property from a solely online Agent because as humans we like to have something physical and tangible. However, this really was a great "experience" when buying my property. The continual feedback whether by email or phone call was spot on from the Agents I dealt with. I was kept fully informed at every stage of the process. Any time I called with a query I was given a useful response from the agent who answered the call, regardless of whether they were involved directly in purchase or not. All informatioN or discussions that took place were obviously logged on file which meant no matter who answered the phone to me they were able to assist. At no point did I find I was waiting around for answers. All communication was thorough an professional. I really would recommend this agent and when I come to sell the property i have just purchased I may well choose House Network to help me! Thank you!

Reasonably priced, efficient and worked well for us as we could sell out home by showing people round. They have good online capability which means you can manage yourself. Change required were made within 24hrs. Happy with the service provided with 3 offers on the house and sold.

A good on-line service , used House network work when another well known estate agent didnt give a service that I expected . A good price saving me £1688 and I found H N W equally as good. Staff easy to talk to and even if you are not computer literate like me then they would always phone you back.Overall satisfied with the results , just a few minor set up problems at first but that probably because of me ! My house was sold after 6 months, the only advice I could offer is try to pay the larger fee at set up because you will save even more money.

I've used House Network a few times now for selling and letting properties. It's a cost efficient way of managing property transactions and I always find the staff patient and friendly to deal with - even when things get a bit stressful! House Network estimated I saved saved £2985 (based on 1.5% agent commission). I would use them again.

House visit and photography was very professionally executed and gave us lots of control over what went onto rightmove. Selling package was extremely good value for money. Did the job that I wanted done and left me in control :-)

Estate Agents are normally as well regarded as Income Tax Inspectors but I am pleased to say House Network buck the trend! They are helpful, straightforward and perhaps most importantly of all, are exceptionally good value. Based on a typical commission of 1.5% we saved over £5000...which is a fantastic saving. I would not hesitate to use House Network again and would recommend them to anyone.

I found House Network very fast and efficient at a fraction of the cost of a high street estate agent. The online service was great and very useful for tracking how many views the property had received and also and feedback prospective buyers had given. They also kept me updated every step of the way, I will certainly be using them again in the future!

Really pleased with the entire experience, they were responsive, timely and professional in all aspects of the process. The team always returned emails promptly, where available well over and above a high street estate agent, they provided feedback quickly and clearly and explained aspects of the process I was unsure about. I was concerned they may not be keen post the sale, but they kept with me till the end sorting queries out and last minute glitches to keep the chain encouraged and engaged - excellent. The only point to note, was that they were extremely responsive, but mainly via messages on the account or phoning you back - was hard to get them 1st time -but shows they are busy. So log your messages via the message board and all works really well.

I went with Housenetwork because of the emphasis on getting from offer to sale and the dedicated agent. Kristina proved the worth of that as she was busy in the background with viewings, offers and sale. It wasn't always obvious but when I contacted her she had already attempted to move things on. I wish the solicitors had been as active. I was worried about paying in advance meaning there was no incentive but it was excellent service and good value. Many thanks.

Went for star buy package as needed EPC, but extras that came with it are great. It was amazing how quick they came to take pictures and then next day we we're live on the internet (right move, zoopla etc). Love being able to see statistics on my own web page rather than relying on a phone call from an estate agent, checked several times a day! Compared to other estate agents that I have seen, the pictures using wide angle lenses really make a difference and give a better idea of the room sizes. Saved £1722 using House Network on what we were quoted by a high street estate agent.

I was very impressed with the speed and quality of the marketing process. The advisor was efficient and kept us up to date regularly and kept calm throughout the ups and downs of the sale. My queries were always responded to quickly and I found the online process suited me very well. I would recommend House Network.

Excellent and professional service from all but especially Louis who was extremely helpful throughout my sale. I would however highly recommended avoiding their recommended conveyancers who gave terrible customer service.

The whole operation is very slick and is based around the online system you log messages track site build approve for rightmove listing etc. It's great for busy people who can log in when they can rather than being a slave to 9-5 phone calls. They took loads of good quality, wide angle lens photos and my listing on rightmove really stood out against other agents. Sales progression was reactive rather than proactive but that was the only downside overall great value for money in relation to my experience with traditional agents.
