I like my greasy spoon cafes, but Gypsy Cafe is my favourite. Great prices, not at all greasy, and there is an excellent veggie options, which is rare in a cafe. I'm not veggie, but I love 2 nicely poached eggs with chips, beans, toast and hash browns with cheese all over, and a nice cup of tea (for under £4, and not a spot of grease).

This place has some real regulars, but sadly I don't live near enough to be one anymore. (read more)
