I have had a great time with this Simac Vapormax PC800, cleaning all that grunge from around the taps and inside the oven doors, and skirtings, windows, floors and general dog grunge. This is a great basic entry model continuous refill steam cleaner, with the basic range of accessories. Managed to get a great deal on a new one on ebay for £50. You can use any cloth clipped on, so that saves on buying spares. As other reviewers have said, I do not think the brush heads will last long, but... (read more)

For a small house (we have a three bed) this steam cleaner is perfect. Easy and quick to use and store. Love it and the price is fair, 80£. It uses any old cloth/towel and lasts for a long time. It has a long cable and a long hose. Perfect buy for a small household and for quick cleaning as well as thorough. The small brushes are indeed not good quality and hard to shop for. I called the after sales service at Domotec and they deliver 3 brushes for 9£. The extension tubes are a bit small... (read more)

If you're after a steam cleaner, consider this Simac Vapormax PC800 - It's very cheap - much cheaper than the Polti brands for example, and is very well built. The machine is pleasing on the eye, but it is a shame that there's no space on the body to hold the wand and hose.
The hose is rugged and strong and the extension poles easy to add and remove. The handle is comfortable and the tools attach and remove easily.
Adding a cloth to the brush is easy, thanks to the super strong spring clips....

Oh dear this is my review, and sad to say after 25 days of cleaning joy the PC800 went pop, sprung a leak and works no more.... no uk service centres, hoping the ebay retailer will help, but so far no reply.....!!!
