Good Points: Product - twist and shape steps arrived on time

Bad Points: Twist and shape steps broke within 6months and I have not received an responce to me emails requesting a refund/replacement

General comments: This company is what I fear from an online purchase - if they products faulty, you cant just return it to the shop. i have to wait untill I get a response to my emails.

I wish I had read these reviews before I bought from mochea! When I first contacted them prior to buying their twist and shape stepper they were VERY helpful and responded to my emails immediately. However, now the product has broken I can get no reply whatsoever. I also have a sneaking feeling that the company may have stopped trading under the name mochea as their website no longer loads. I am in the process of sending letters with guidance from Consumer Direct. I sent the item back to Mochea with a fault, and they are saying there was none, although the seat post would not fit into frame?

There are better companies out there with better after sales service

Had I read the reviews on Review Centre and Kelkoo, then I probably wouldn't have bought from Mochea. That's a shame, as they have reacted to my issues and replaced the faulty AB Lounge machine. Whether or not it should have been faulty in the first place is a matter for debate, but they have responded well, and you can't fault them for that

If something seems cheap, it probably is. If I was being honest, the quality of what I bought isn't great, but it's safe. And for 1/2 recommended price, ...

Do not buy anything from Mochea.I bought my mum a six second abs machine for Christmas from Mochea.
Two days after Christmas my mum had her first chance to use the equipment provided by Mochea only to find that the product was faulty. I immediately contacted them through their online email service and had no response, i left it a couple of days and then sent another email,yet again still no response!

DO NOT USE THIS STORE
I ordered a 6 second ab trimmer as a christmas present for my mum and when I received it, it was faulty. I contacted mochea about this problem and had no response, so I persisted to try and contact them time and time again for over two months sending emails to all of their contact us addreses and still no reply. The fact is that Mochea were very quick to take my money and deliver the faulty goods but when it came down to following any lawfull trading standards they failed ...

The Mochea website is bright and cheery, and it's easy to navigate around. The order process was easy, and it took only a few minutes to register and to order the item. Email information was excellent - welcome to the site first; confirmation of the order; confirmation of dispatch emails all came at the appropriate times.
