Bad Points: Less good for people without PCs
General comments: They do Right to Manage, Property Management, resolve major and minor building works etc. and have a really good online system at their website - www.canonburymanagement.co.uk

We had a problem with our property management company overcharging us and not doing any work. They were charging £3000 per annum for a one bedroom flat in a block. We went to Canonbury Property Management, who were recommended by the government site, the lease advice website, and they were able to remove the existing property management company in about 6 months with minimal fuss, without the expense of using conventional solicitors.
