The Sym Jet 50 is a good little runner, there is over 19,000 miles on the clock believe it or not, and its still running fantastically with minimal servicing. I couldnt believe that i beat some cars off the line aswell, all be it they were 90 odd in 0.8 matiz's but i still beat them. Very cheap to buy, tax and run but can sometimes be unreliable (what do you expect after 19,000 miles for a little 50cc 2-stroke?) & It's also quite nippy for a 50cc get around 35 - 40 on a flat.

My Sym Jet 50 is restricted but I put a Technigas exhaust on it and it does about 43mph. Sounds good too.

My son has a Sym Jet 50 C Sport. It has an issue with the speedometer - it doesn't work! We have tried changing the cable and the digital dashboard and it's still not working. Anyone got any thoughts please?
