This is by far my favourite bit of aerobic equipment because it works more of your body that just about anything else I can think of and there is no impact. (My knees give up when I work the treadmill). I started slowly with 1 minute row, 30 secs rest until I could do 8 reps comfortably., Next session, 2 and 30 secs rest until comfortable with 8 reps, then 3 minutes and so on.
