Can alter position of top rack which is useful when adding tall items to the wash; external indicators of low salt and low rinse aid very useful. Cleans well, reasonably quiet in use.
on mine, the Anti- flood device failed within first 10 months. this was eventually repaired under guarantee. but failed again (heating element this time) at exactly three years old.
As a reasonably priced and fairly efficient machine, I was impressed to start with. However when the first part failed, the mandatory repairers sent by AEG were very poor indeed, resulting in the worst customer service I have ever received. This took 12 months for AEG to resolve, although the part was eventually replaced after 6 weeks. Now that the machine has broken down again I have lost all faith in AEG as a brand, which I previously had held in fairly high regard.
