Good Points: Powerful jets.
Bad Points: Hard to understand controls. Lousy customer service.
General comments: The ThermoSpas Park Avenue Gold has powerful jets. Sadly, I received terrible delivery and repair response. I should have purchased a Sun Dance Spa.

I required a service call from ThermoSpas within the first two weeks of getting the Park Avenue Gold spa. The average wait for a call to service is 20 to 25 minutes. One call to tech support was not answered after 45 minutes, and I was on hold with a message stating I was the next call to be answered. The service tech changed a part and the spa became inoperative. The next service call will be one week.
They call this a top rated spa? I have spent more time listening to their hold message ...
