Overall, the ThermoSpas Park Avenue Gold is a pretty nice tub, Spacious, many jets. I found Customer service to be poor, woman on the other end seemed rude from the beginning. They sent someone out to diagnose the problem. ($50.00 to have someone sent out). The tech fixed a cracked hose, spent many hours doing so and was charged a fortune. To find out the very next day he didn't fix another cracked hose that is used for the water source in the neck jets. Called back thermaspa to inform them that it still leaks, they wanted to charge me another $50.00 for sending out the tech again to repair what should have been fixed the day before. What really bothers me is that I live in the same town as their Exec office and Mfg facility (Wallingford CT). I could just imagine the treatment I would have received if I lived 3,000 miles away. After 2 years, I'm selling mine.

The ThermoSpas Park Avenue Gold has powerful jets. Sadly, I received terrible delivery and repair response. I should have purchased a Sun Dance Spa.

I required a service call from ThermoSpas within the first two weeks of getting the Park Avenue Gold spa. The average wait for a call to service is 20 to 25 minutes. One call to tech support was not answered after 45 minutes, and I was on hold with a message stating I was the next call to be answered. The service tech changed a part and the spa became inoperative. The next service call will be one week.
They call this a top rated spa? I have spent more time listening to their hold message ...
