    took 20 packs back total £700 they willo only give you 10% of your purchase price back , that is £70 on £700 , looking to take court action this has got to be illegal , do not use floors to go total rip off, & ignorant staff that not know what planet ther on,

    This company is about as a helpful as a concrete parachute.
    They never return your calls & insist on selling you pointless accessories such as 'damp proof membranes' even for a 1st floor bedroom, they also tried to sell me some kind of 'no nails' for the edge beading which in practice would have required the help of 30 people.
    Steer clear if you want satifactory customer service!

    Total rubbish! purchased floor tiles for my kitchen from Floors-2-Go, was told that they need to order them in and should arrive in 2weeks max! 6 Weeks later, they dont have a clue where they are, why they have not turned up or know left from right! The manager is `not contactable`,, yeah right!!! i am going into the store tomorrow with all guns blazing! i wont leave until i get answers and i certantly will be having a word with trading standards!
    AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    After choosing laminate flooring from floors to go, left the store with samples only, however I did leave £100 tp secure the price. Unfortunately the laminate was not compatible I returned to the store immediately only to find they have a NONE RETURNABLE DEPOSIT. This Company in my opinion is not reputable would not recommend or use.

    Right floors2go is quite simply the worst company that i have ever had the pleasure of buying from. Starting at store level none of the assistants are interested in helping you or talking to you with regard to the different types of products or giving you some steer on what it is that your looking for. They are only intested in one thing getting the money in the till. ONCE ITS IN THERE YOU WILL BE VERY LUCKY GO GET IT BACK.

    We recently purchased laminate flooring from floors-2-go. We received fast, friendly, helpful service and are delighted with the style and quality of the flooring now that it has been laid. We have just one problem; we have four unopened boxes of laminate left over - worth over £100.

    I bought floors and fitting before they went into administration, and subsequently bought over. My issues started once I tried to get my fitting done after being bought over.- They told me they could not find a fitter in my area for 3 weeks; I found one in 5 minutes via Yellow Pages.- I have never received a return call from them.- They were unable to pay my fitter in 5 days after fitting...it has been 3 weeks now, and they are only now refusing to pay him because my order 'pre-dates the adminis ...

    Really unfortunate - I have used them twice, but the second experience has put me off for ever - primarily due to the way the issue was handled. I will make sure all my friends know about this...I cannot believe a company believes that it can grow long term with hidden charges and rude customer service - it just really annoyed me.     Very poor service with the floor fitting department of Floors-2-Go. It takes approximately two months between ordering and completion. The quality of the floor itself is very good, but it is in no way professional laying. I have experienced glue (lots of it) being left on approximately 55 square metres of floor, plus on furniture and curtains - protruding nails in beading - bad joints - damage to three doors - sinking of panels - squeaking and crunching noises underfoot - all sawing of wood done ...
