Good Points: Floor quality itself was good. The only reason they get one point.
Bad Points: ...Everything else customer service-related. Especially since the company was bought over.
General comments: I bought floors and fitting before they went into administration, and subsequently bought over. My issues started once I tried to get my fitting done after being bought over.- They told me they could not find a fitter in my area for 3 weeks; I found one in 5 minutes via Yellow Pages.- I have never received a return call from them.- They were unable to pay my fitter in 5 days after fitting...it has been 3 weeks now, and they are only now refusing to pay him because my order 'pre-dates the administration, so cannot be honoured'. I now have to pay my fitter, with no guaranteed hope of getting my money back. I feel they have used every excuse in the book until now.- They told me they had posted a cheque to my fitter but it was still sitting in accounts, unapproved 4 working days later when I phoned accounts directly.

Really unfortunate - I have used them twice, but the second experience has put me off for ever - primarily due to the way the issue was handled. I will make sure all my friends know about this...I cannot believe a company believes that it can grow long term with hidden charges and rude customer service - it just really annoyed me. Sure, the 50% charge is in front of the till, but in the middle of a large amount of white text on an orange background! I've ordered twice from this company and alway ...

Very poor service with the floor fitting department of Floors-2-Go. It takes approximately two months between ordering and completion. The quality of the floor itself is very good, but it is in no way professional laying. I have experienced glue (lots of it) being left on approximately 55 square metres of floor, plus on furniture and curtains - protruding nails in beading - bad joints - damage to three doors - sinking of panels - squeaking and crunching noises underfoot - all sawing of wood done ...
