    Good Points: From the outset the reception team are welcoming and attentive. The waiting area is comfy and inviting and has lots of fruit and danish type nibbles for you to help yourself. The staff offer you drinks throughout your visit - anything from champagne to water and are quick to offer help with magazines, coats etc.


    Bad Points: I need my hair to grow quicker so I can return!


    General comments: Fantastic experience at trevor sorbie!My stylist was lovely. I told him what I liked and didn't like and he talked through what he thought would suit me best, and how to make my thick hair more managable. I loved the way he really listened to me, and discussed what would and wouldn't work. I had the best head massage I've ever had whilst they washed and conditioned my hair! My stylist was chatty, but not in the usual forced holiday talk way you sometimes get. After the initial shaping cut he was constantly checking the length, adding the texture and making small adjustments here and there. After over an hour of preening (I'm thinking he is a perfectionist!) my hair was finished...I usually appear happy then go home and style it my way! But at Trevor Sorbie I left the salon with amazing sleek sexy hair that I love...and I had lots of male attention on my trip home - result!

    I went to the International Creative Director (who had also won the BHA 2007) with high hopes. Instead he was late to the appointment by half an hour and did not even say sorry! He was pleasant and friendly enough but he ruined my hair. We had discussed a very different cut but instead he went mad with his razor and layered my think freshly coloured hair into oblivion! Very disappointing and upsetting - never going back!
