Like most people I wish i'd found this site before, i'll definitely be checking it before making future online purchases. I ordered 12 Boundary Poles before Christmas which are urgently needed for charity boot camp sessions beginning next week (11 Jan), have emailed several times and been completed ignored, can't get through on phone. Will go home and check the mail one last time at lunch today and then open a dispute with PayPal to reclaim my money and also notify Trading Standards.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS "COMPANY" - THEY ARE NOTHING BUT CON ARTISTS AND FRAUDSTERS.

Still waiting for delivery, recommended this web site to my family as we are in the USA and I thought this would be a great way to get British gifts over for as a birthday present for my 8 year old. You can imagine how disappointed he is that he has STILL not got his bedding and fleece blanket from this company. The order is over 5 weeks old now and postage strikes or not, should be here by now. Further to my review of the 9th September, I e-mailed exosports to say that I still hadn't received my goods and was coming into their office (as I was working nearby in Crewe) for an explanation.
I then received a mail stating that my goods had been dispatched so didn't go.
Still waiting which proves how devious they are.

Avoid like the plague.

ordered some bibs and football, bibs came but no footballs, emailed them without reply, paid by paypal and opended dispute. They then emailed me and said they could only refund if I closed dispute. Once I closed dispute what a surprise no contact again. I then emailed saying what fraudsters they are and 2 minutes later a refund arrived. Would not touch this lot with a barge pole, steer clear!!

Anyone getting through with trading standards, please contact me becaue I have had problems getting through to them. Wish I'd seen this site earlier then I wouldn't have bought from them and unfortunately I didn't realise I could go through paypal. They have not been answering my calls or subsequent complaint email after the two replies I got from ClaireH (whoever she may be).

Looking forward to any response or advise.

An excellent experience. Brought some training equipment on a 5 day delivery. But i recived next day! I would definitely use this company again!

I think it's disgusting that these people have been allowed to trade. I purchased goods and had to return something way back in July, no response to all my calls about my refund. Give them due they did send the order but something was too big and had to be returned. Now they seem to have disappeared off the face of the earth! I have all my emails to prove my communication with them.

Ordered my keeper jersey 3 weeks ago and promptly received an email confirming my order was being processed. The website said I would get my order in 7 days. However I have still not had my order in the post, and trying to get hold of Exosports is impossible - no responses to emails or phone messages. STAY WELL CLEAR OF EXOSPORTS!!!

Simply the worse experience i have ever had on line. They dont answer phone calls, only deal by email if they bother answering i have contacted trading standards. Feel totally ripped off. I did manage to find an address for them and another phone number that might help someone else should you have a complaint 83a Shropshire Street, Market Drayton, TF9 3DQ 01630652725.

DONT USE THIS WEBSITE!!!!i placed an order never recieved my item i emailed the company on many occasions no reply,i rung the company but couldnt leave a message as the mail box was full!luckily i paid through paypal and got my money back

Wish I'd found this rating site before ordering!

I ordered the goods from exosports a month ago (9th Sept 2009). Payment was taken immediately. I am still waiting for the items I ordered. Emails to the company are not replied to.

Trading standards will be getting a call from me soon.

I placed an order over 3 weeks ago but still no goods. I have e mailed but have no response. Iam really not happy, going to look into taking legal action against company as stated that goods would be dispatached within 3 - 5 working days. If no response I will be visiting permises to either get my good or my money back!!!

I am really angry and upset with Exosports. I have emailed, phoned, i am now going to visit the premises. I ordered in August for a kids football club, and clearly they don't care. They are still taking orders??????? but seem to have disappeared.

I have ordered 3 times from Exosports. the first 2 times was fantastic, they kept me informed by e-mail of when goods where dispatched and they arrived the next day. The third order has never been received and when I have tried to contact all I get is an answer machine which they have never replied to my messages or my e-mails. Shame as the prices were very reasonable and was looking to spend a lot of money with them. I reccomend people not to touch this company as you cannot rely on them at all ...

Ordered 2 x Samba mini goals plus a set of 50 space markers from exosports. Got the goals in two days and the cones were to follow. Never arrived so I mailed exosports.net where I received a mail after a week stating that the markers would be sent that day.
Am still waiting despite calls and mails which receive no reply.
Will be working in that area soon so will drop in and see what they have to say...

Ordered goods nearly 2 months ago, and still haven't received them, despite sending lots of e-mails and leaving phone messages. I have had the occasional e-mail reply, promising to re-order the goods from Nike, but nothing comes of it.
It's a shame, because the pricing is good. I did actually place an order earlier this year, and it arrived after only having to chase once, and Exosports were nice to deal with. That's why I thought I'd be ok ordering from them again.

Placed order on 19th August. No goods received.I have E-mailed Exosports and telephoned on numerous occasions. NO RESPONSE from this Company at all. I believe this company should not be trading.They have no level of customer service and reading other reviews I would advise anyone not to purchase anything from this company!!!!

Ordered a sports bag for my son on 15/07/09 from Exosports. Didn't get it. After 2 weeks sent an email and got mo response. Called a week later and spoke to a young lady who said my order was shipped. Told her I never got it, so she said they'd resend it. That was 2 weeks ago, Still no bag.
