  Good Points: None

  Bad Points: Debited my account when items were not in stock. Kept giving endless delivery dates.

  General comments: Debited £120 immediately from bank account for goods not in stock and despite 2 months of promises did not fulfill the order. Quite disgraceful.

  I was unable to contact The Drink Shop by phone, as they do not answer incoming calls, and they have not replied to several e-mails I have sent.
