    Good Points: Good tub, but terrible service from Insparations.


    Bad Points: Customer service.
    Late delivery.
    Many unhappy customers.
    They do not return phone calls or answer emails (unless you want to pay them some money)!


    General comments: If you are considering the purchase of a Hot tub, I wouldn't recommend Insparations.

    The tub was good, but the service was terrible, as is the testament of many, as I found on the Whatspa forum at www.whatspa.com/forum/index.php.
