Good Points: Versatile. Sturdy. Moves easily and looks simple but fashionable

Bad Points: The new limited Edition was not around when I was pregnant

General comments: After 14 months of use the Apple looks as good as the day I purchased it. That does not mean I am lazy as I do go every where with it. Very easy to move and the carry cot goes flat for storage after I was finished with it. Huge handle height which is good for getting up and down curbs. Overall, one very simple and fashionable travel system

I love, love, love the iCandy Apple. I have it some time now and the only thing I could complain about is that its a little heavy but I do understand that it needs to be if I want to turn it in to a double in the future- not going to happen any day soon! My daughter can face forward or rearwards and she was in a huge carry cot until nearly 9 months old. Nice frame and simple but stylish accessories.

I have the iCandy Apple over 2 years now and I am still totally happy. I did have a problem about 2 months when I needed a spare inner tube. I contacted iCandy and they told me I need to go back to my stockist who was 20 miles away. I asked why they can not just sell me the spare part as I would gladly pay and they lady there said 'we only sell our spare parts through our iCandy stockists as we need our trained dealer to make sure there is not a more serious problem with the stroller and its a g ...

I'm really disappointed with the iCandy Apple, I feel the company are not supportive towards their products. I got an iCandy apple new (well ex display 2008) pushchair but front wheel connector kit went missing, so basically got wheels and chasis but can't use it. I tried to contact company to get that connector but they said they could not sell it as I have to go where I purchased. I didn't purchase from the shop, that was kind of private arrangement, so I don't have receipt. So it happens if I ...

I find that it tips when on three wheels, straps are smallest they can go yet still seem too big, not easy for me to put down, very heavy, can't get much in basket as bars in the way, frame seems to scratch easily and I need three hands to adjust seat. I think it is nice looking but I have found far too many problems and it is very expensive.

Does any one own an Icandy special edition? I ordered a brown one in June and was told it would be here last week of July- It now turns out they have a problem with getting the fabric in China and i wont receive it until end of August. Im a bit concerned as my baby is due last week of august and I could be stuck with out a pushchair which I ordered so far in advance to prevent this issue. The special edition was nearly £300 extra than the standard so Im a little bit annoyed. my retailer ...

I have used the iCandy Apple for both of my children and it has lasted the test of time. (3 years) I use a buggy board for my eldest but would probably have upgraded to the twin version if there was a shorter age gap between my two. I recently upgraded my wheels to the off road version as we moved to the county and as I now walk everywhere the wheels have really took a pounding and survived. The carry cot is big and I now see in stores now that it comes with a white liner instead of the black ...

The iCandy Apple is great and easy to maneuver...compact with a adjustable handle height, which i think is great when you are trying to fit in to a tight space such as a lift Please can any advise whether they have had the same problem with the store security systems? Its too embarrassing...it mainly does it when i am entering the store...

I bought the iCandy Apple when i had my son in January, I had only used it for 5 weeks when one of the front wheels didn't touch the ground anymore and the chassis failed and folded by itself with my son in it. It was returned to icandy who replaced it with a new one. I have only used it for 1 week and i have the same problem again. I am extremely disappointed with this pushchair, At £459 it certainly is not cheap and would expect better quality. I have since gone out and bought a differ ...

I loved this pram when I first got. It looked good, it manouvered well and although it was tricky to collapse I always got there in the end. However, as my son has grown and we have been using the pushchair, the i-candy apple has turned into a nightmare. It is really hard to push, the two front wheel option always swivels and stick, while the three wheel option isn't stable and has tipped on me more than once - very unsafe!I'm really disappointed with this pram and wish I'd never bought it. ...

I fell in love with the iCandy Apple the moment I saw it. I wanted a maxi-cosi compatible travel system which would last my baby throughout, I was going to go for the mutsy but the apple swayed me. I am now gutted I didn't do more research! First off we couldn't get the darn thing to collapse, no matter what we did. After discovering the knack of that we had the impossibility of removing the car seat from the chassis, which was an utter nightmare. (After complaining to our retailer we were to ...

I love my i candy apple and so does my baby. I didn't want a bugaboo as 'every Tom Dick & Harry' has one but this seemed like a real alternative. I was warned by my supplier to have a go at the closing mechanism as some people couldn't do it but he said that these people also struggled with the bugaboo etc too. I never have a problem with it. Great adjustable handle, maxi cosi car seat a doddle to fix on & looks lovely. Carrycot very spacious & secure although I used the maxi cosi seat more. ...

After much searching, I finally decided on an iCandy Cherry albeit second hand as a new one was out of my price range - I was lucky when I found one that was only 6 months old and there appeared to be no fault with the puschair at the time. However, now that I too have had it for six months, I am having problems with the front wheels getting jammed and more recently the reclining mechanism is faulty. Everytime I think I have secured my baby daugher in the pushchair, I only need to go over a s ...

We brought this pram when it 1st came out & seemed really easier to manoevre - seemed to have all the Bugaboo qualities at a cheaper price........ however, as my son has got older/heavier the pram is so much harder to manouvre and takes all my effort in getting it to go in the right direction - not an easy feat when the front wheels keep turning 90 degrees to the rest of the pram causing it to stop dead! Very dangerous & embarrassing when you have a que of traffic waiting for you to cross the ro ...

This product has been the very best nursery purchase that I have ever made. I love it as does DH and my two older ones. It has met our every need and with number 4 on the way I am so excited about upgrading to an icandy Pear. What a brilliant range!

I have had the icandy apple for 15 months now and it has been brilliant from day one. I used when my son was first born with a Maxicosi and the carrycot but now mainly use it as a pushchair. I have been back to my local retailer a few times for accessories like a parasol and a footmuff and have been told that they will be getting in matching cupholders and travelbags. I have also just got an icandy part to convert my apple into a 3 wheel jogger as we like beach and woods walks with dog. I wa ...

I would not buy this travel system again if I were to have a 2nd chance. For me, it went from love to hate very quickly! And worse still is that icandy do not take any responsibility for the design faults. Do not recommend.

Had this travel system for 6 months and it is truly awful - JUST DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER BUYING ONE. The folding mechanism is a waste of time and it regularly takes 10 attempts for it to work. The i-candy changing bag has split, the i-candy parasol has just fallen to pieces after one use. Worst of all are the front wheels - they are constantly turning in on themselves which means the pram just will not move - this happened while crossing a busy main road the other day - very frightening. Don't be t ...
