Good Points: Feature list, EPG - 3 types, favourites, digital co-ax out it even looks ok!
Bad Points: Rubbish 80's style remote, that is slow in use, so you press it again but it registers your first press also, so flashes up your choice, and then removes it again! Also, no reset button, so you have to kill the power when it locks up, which it does - and its only been on 6 hours.
General comments: So, why would i rate it?, and why would i recommend it to a freind? Well, for 24 quid, you have the choice of about 5 different makes and models out there, maybe more. But, they don't all have scart in/out, and most don't have a audio out.
I can't grumble at 20 quid plus vat (makro, incase your interested). It even has a LCD on the front of the unit. Maybe a software update can fix the remote lag? and i will put the freeze up, and hatch patterns down to the area i live (even with my recently installed amplified digi aerial)
"you pays your money, you takes your chance...."
