Bad Points: My orbit wont charge

General comments: Its design looks awsome! I bought a pink Logik Orbit 1GB just because the shape looks so cool(the pink one was the only one there) if it was a differnet pink mp3 player i would of left it.

i've owned about six logik orbit 1gb and for some reason - i just love the look of it and the sound system is off the chain and the interface is neat enough. however, they all broke one by one, and it's a shame. i just ordered another one the n00b that i am, hopefully i'll have better luck but i doubt it. it's a darn shame because it's such a nice mp3 it really is, but they jsut break so easily it's a shame. i remember once i ordered 2 in a buy one get one free deal, and one of them the screen h ...

Again, I am surprised at the some of the poor reviews. Perhaps I have been lucky, but I love my Logik Orbit. I wanted a cheap Mp3 player for the gym and this fits the bill perfectly. It has served its purpose and done me proud for years and it has gone through some proper abuse (dropped, stood on, weights have hit it, been covered in sweat and subjected to high temperatures). The sound is great (however years of clubbing and gigs may have destroyed my hearing), the base is peachy, however the us ...

Not worth the money in my opinion. Its a nice design and good price but i still wouldnt recommend, When you turn off then on you have to search for the last song again.

Well i didn't have problems like other reviewers.
I love this Logik Orbit 1GB mp3 player. It didn't fell apart. I have it for 1.5 years now and it's working all right. Battery still lasts even up to 12 hours, so i don't understand the rubbish that people above are saying, probably just didn't know how to use it properly :D

    Tips for Vista owners:
when formatted thru FAT32 on Windows Vista, mp3 won't display the files when turned on (after disconnecting with pc) will act as memory stick instead

Text display got scrambled. Cheap rubbish. Spend a bit extra and buy a known brand rather than the Logik Orbit 1GB.

On the first day I owned this MP3 player, it fell apart.
I unclipped the neck strap from the MP3 player and it wouldn't go back in. My friend who got the same model did the exact same thing and his fell apart as well.

I got a replacement, which was a bad move.

I know these internal Lithium batteries have to be used correctly, so I was charging full but not overcharging them, using the MP3 player until all of the charge was used etc. Being extra careful, most appliances I own last for seve ...
