I ordered tickets for this event and for whatever reason, the tickets were not available from the seller, which was fine. However Front Row Tickets took the money out of my account to pay for tickets I never received. I have sent several e-mails and have yet to get a response as to refunding my money. I received an e-mail from this entity saying they never charged my account - but they did. I am going to file a complaint as well as contacting the Better Business Bureau.

Bad customer service because it is non-existent. There was no place I could find how to contact them when I had a question. Also, I bought baseball tickets for like $6/ticket, and there was a service charge of like $10/ticket and the shipping was like $15. So after buying four tickets - for what should have costed no more than $30 - ended up costing me over $75. Does it really cost $15 to ship four pieces of paper? And does it really cost $10 to service each ticket? I still haven't received ...

Good customer service which a lot them don't have
