“It was my birthday, chef put wrong sauce on my meal....”

It was my birthday, chef put wrong sauce on my meal. The staff were all hung over from night before so there was no service at all. THEY forgot to bring out my surprise birthday cake with coffee so had to ask for it as we paid bill, no explanation, they really didn't seem to care. Ruined my day. (read more)

Unless you want a complete disaster of an evening do not go to the Bellstone, Shrewsbury. The staff are very poor and ignorant which probable comes from the lack of interest by the management. The food was also very poor considering it was in excess of £15 for a main dish without vegetables. You order duck that is all you get, a piece of duck. I would not recommend this restaurant to anybody, go and spend your money at McDonalds instead you will get more for your money and dare I say it... (read more)
