Bad Points: Awful costumer relations
General comments: We ordered some French doors to be installed on the 2nd August. Less than a week before, we were told that they would not be installed until 22nd August because of flooding at the Style Windows factory. I explained I had a new born baby and asked them to do the work earlier. They said they would see what they could do and would contact me, but the latest date for my installation would be the 22nd August. They then did not reply and ignored my calls. Eventually, I talked to a manager and he told me the doors would now be installed on the 2nd September.

We went with this company because it was small and local and we were impressed with the initial impression that we were left with however, the customer service following the installation has been worse than poor. It was assumed by the company that we wanted white hanldes and letter box on the front door - we had never been asked so it did not enter in to our heads to ask or request otherwise. Since installation we have repeatedly called the company to change the items. An appointment was book ...
