General comments: Everything, quality, sound. Easy to set up, user friendly. Not forgetting the Sony KDL-20S2030 price very good.

I think the problems we have encountered are a phenomena of flat screen tvs and will take some getting used to. We perceived Sony and this model to be the best we could buy but haven't been blown away. We are old school and imagine these things to "just work" but you have to fiddle. Conversley we expect quality of the image to improve but were disappointed by the morphing. Many others tell us this is a "feature" of the technology rather than this product.
