Good Points: Light weight. good power, quite accurate , very unique design.
Lots of Mods and upgrades you can take advantage of.

Bad Points: You would think £110 is ok until you find they are only £40 in the USA. Build quality is a bit poor with many parts constantly coming loose. trigger is a little heavy. some problems have been caused by the co2 cartridge getting stuck in the cylinder.

General comments: It is a very different and interesting gun with good power and very light weight. The stock has tamper proof screws to stop them being removed because to do so would make it illegal in the UK (over 6 ftlbs) because it would be classed as a pistol rather than a Rifle but the screws come loose and the stock moves about. Some times the co2 cartridge gets stuck in the gun and can be difficult to remove. I had to tighten all the screws to stop the barrel from moving about but after doing so it is fine. The supplied scope if very cheap but it does the job and keeps the weight down. My local gun shop lent me a used one to try and every thing was loose but after tightening all the screws it worked well and despite all the down falls and niggles I still bought one because of its unique style and am pleased with it.

Bought this rifle/pistol to do a little short range pest elimination. My experience with my 2240 indicated more power was needed for clean kills on rats etc. at ranges of 30-50'.The 2250 shoots 70-80fps. faster than the 2240 and is a lot quieter.Accuracy is good at the ranges I intend to use it for and the amount of penetration when shooting a 13-14 gr. round or pointed pellet is good. The average fps. across my F1 Chrony on a 86-87 degree day was 520'ps. The trigger was a little heavy for my liki ...

The Crosman 2250 is quiet, light and easy to use but it is quite expensive for co2.

What you get is a basic affordable accurate .22 cal. gun and what you do with it is up to you.
It's nice you can upgrade it all you want and in the end have a nice light rifle at still, a reasonable price.

The Crosman 2250B is a CO2 carbine sized rifle in .22 cal, built on the Crosman pistol frame with a plastic stock. It handles well and is quite accurate with most ammo I have fed it. It can be used with the peep sight or the supplied scope which is as cheap a scope as sold anywhere in the world. You may think I am dissing this gun but the best thing about it is that it can be modified and upgraded rather easily. The stock can be removed and pistol grips attached for a mini action. The fair trigg ...
