I love the Gamo Viperskeet. It's fun and comfortable to hold. I find it very accurate compared to my previous rifles and it's definately worth what it cost.

The Gamo Viperskeet air rifle is light weight, great to handle, good appearance, very powerfull and consistent. The Quick shot 30mm red dot sight is an dissapointment. It needs adjustment after 3 shots. The light source is mounted in a tube which is tensioned against the windage and elevation screws by a small leave spring. The tube moves on this leave spring and subsequantly cause inaccurated shots - as far as 3 inches of the mark. I fixed the problem by glueing the leave spring to the tube ...

First it's best looking rifle i ever seen. It's rather light and very comfortable in use. Nice power (penetrates iron coin 3mm thick) and also not bad accuracy. All at all i'm very happy with the Gamo Viperskeet rifle gun))).

The Gamo Viperskeet is a very nice all round gun! It is strongly built! It is light weight and has great power! I also like the design! Scope shifts easily when fired, needs a scope stop! behind the barrel is a plastic part that comes off easily, it's of no use but still!

I really like this gun, the synthetic black stock and ergonomic hand grips look and feel awesome, it's ambidextrous too, which is useful for me being a lefty. The accuracy is pretty good, probably going to get better too as the spring gets comfortable. I'm using Crosman Accupell's in .22 and they are making nice < 1" groups at 20 yards. It's good that it came with the red dot sight but I already had a scope so I can't comment on that apart from it being pretty good value for money. I did some re ...

Overall, I'm very impressed. I just took out a pigeon on my roof at about 35-40m with BSA Hunter .22 pellets using a BSA Essencial 3-9 x 40 scope - a testament to the accuracy and power of this gun! The mainspring is quite loud though, a suppressor might be a worthwhile investment if you're going to use this gun for hunting. Some of the other reviewers are talking about the air-shotgun version of this gun, which is not available in the UK. I think that it's important to make a distinction betw ...

Overall a very good gun, the power is unquestionable (straight through both sides of a 5mm-thick plastic detergent bottle at 20m), the pointability is great because it's so light and there's a nice, mechanical kick to accompany things, just what I wanted. Oh, it also looks the part!

Nice light gun but not worth it for the price and all the bad points

Had the gun a month, paid just under '£200 with scope, 1500 shots later & I am happy, except the dam noise it makes, the trigger catches me out still, even on its most sensitive setting it still has a strong pull.

Accuracy seemed to improve using pointed as opposed to flat headed pellets.

Destroyed pellet catcher within a week, so power does not seem lacking. champagne bottle at 40ft imploded 1st shot.

not hunted with it as yet

Build quality is great. Very light. Handles like a shotgun. Very quick, with Gamo red dot sight has point and fire capability. Synthetic stock is very comfortable. For a target and short range hunting rifle say 30 yards max killing range it is great. Gamo red dot sight it is brilliant. Looks great.
    Can't fault it.

No accuracy pass 30 feet. shots shells lose power rapidly and spreads wide too fast. no choke settings. it has a smooth bore barrel and a bead sight. no rear sight. pellets can wonder off up to 10" from target if beyond 30 feet. someone should make 22 cal. lead BBs for this gun instead of pellets. didn't pay to much attention to power, was too disappointed with performance. i guess its about 500- 600 fps. overall this gun is highly over-hyped in advertisement. Watch out for ricochet when shootin ...
