Good Points: Does everything you ask of it and more without doubt the best cleaner on the market.
Bad Points: None.
General comments: I have used Dyson cleaners for years and thought they were the best on the market till i disscovered the Miele CAT & DOG TT 5000 vacuum cleaner. It really is far better than the dyson in every respect if only i had purchased one years ago.

Did not pick up all the dog hairs, which was the reason I purchased it!!! expensive bags. Waste of money- customer service 0/10

Our Miele CAT & DOG TT 5000 vacuum cleaner broke down whilst under warranty - just 18 months old - and Miele refused to fix it. Terrible customer service!

I think this vacuum cleaner is a must for anyone who has problems with pet hairs on their carpets. It's as simple as that.

I have looked long and hard at reviews on vacuums and came to the conclusion that the cheap models I bought from local supermarkets are a complete waste of money as the suction was no good on them for picking up pet hairs and general suction was greatly reduced with only half a bag full of debrie.
I decided to buy the Miele as the reviews were excellent and I must say that my money was well spent. The first time I used the product, the pet hairs just vanished off the furniture and carpets an ...

Overall a very good product but no good to me. I note in various tests e.g. Which, much is made of the cleaner's ability to pick up hairs whilst no mention is made of the fact that they then have to be extracted from the brush MANUALLY using scissors.

I would definitely recommend the Miele CAT & DOG TT 5000 vacuum cleaner. It is well worth the money, and it is very easy to use and change bags.
It is is a different league to other vacuum cleaners.
