    Bad Points: Terrible loyalty scheme for AirMiles
    Billing lapse to catch late payers out with extra charges


    General comments: Every month, despite paying by direct debit, my HSBC Premier Credit Card received late payment charges plus interest charges. I had to call monthly to have them reinstated, every single month!!!
