On Sale Bridal is a joke! My bridesmaids ordered their dresses a long time ago and were supposed to have them by September 24. My wedding is October 31... no dresses yet. No responses to email. The phone number listed doesn't work and the website is often not functioning. My bridesmaids have sent over 30 emails in total and haven't rec'd the courtesy of a response. DON'T EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE! They get a ZERO for customer service, a ZERO for value, a ZERO for quality. Onsalebridal.com has single-handedly ruined my wedding.

Maybe I got lucky, but I got my dress from On Sale Bridal on time. I got 2 emails one saying when the dress will come and one once it was shipped that had tracking number where i could track my package. The dress got here nicely packed and actually 2 days ahead of the quoted time they gave me.

On Sale Bridal sucks. Bridesmaids have been waiting for 17 weeks to get their dresses. Two of the Six received them. And of course there is no phone number, and nobody to call. We used to receive emails (when we wanted to purchase the dresses). then that person disappeared too. We have 5 weeks before the wedding, and no idea when they will come in. NEVER use OnSaleBridal.com. They are worthless.

I had written them FIFTEEN emails asking where my dress was (it was already a month late). They did not provide me with a telephone number and NEVER respond back to mail. When I had written my final email saying that I had cancelled the order through my credit card company, they replied 2 hours later saying the dress was shipping out the same day. I wasn't able to be a part of the wedding party because of On Sale Bridal!

My bridesmaids ordered their dresses from this company and never got their dresses. Now, the girls will not have the dresses I wanted them to wear. Luckily, I'm not a bridezilla, or I'd chase these idiots down!!

I had to file fraud at my bank against On Sale Bridal because they NEVER responded to numerous emails, no working number to call them, live chat never works and it is now 3 days before my wedding with NO DRESS!! Buyers beware

Do not order from On Sale Bridal. I was promised the alfred angelo bridesmaid dress that i ordered in february would be delivered by the end of april. I have not received yet and am unable to contact anyone via email. Their live chat is NEVER on. I called the number that is listed on my credit card statement when i got billed and the number is out of service. I had to do a fraud alert on them. I now have to fork out three times as much money to get the bridesmaid dress in time for the wedding.

They did not respond to me on time, ignored my emails, mailed the dress out late, and sent the dress after I cancelled the order. Good luck trying to contact them. They have no numbers and vague email addresses. Chat service never worked.

Onsalebridal.com is an excellent online store for any occasion dress. We got our bridesmaid dresses from them and the dresses arrived earlier than quoted and were exactly what we wanted. I will be placing my daughters prom dress order with them.

One of my favorite online stores for shopping designer dresses. I've been using on sale bridal about 2 years now for various party and occasion dresses. They have a great selection and most importantly they always deliver what is promised. Make sure to plan early and you can have a really nice custom made to your measurements designer dress to wear on your next party or event.

I ordered my impression bridal dress from www.onsalebridal.com. Their customer service team followed up with me and answered all my questions very promptly, within a few hours, even though I had so many questions. My dress arrived 3 weeks before the date they told me it would. It was tightly packed in plastic wrap and boxed carefully. Over all I saved myself about a hundred bucks by shopping there.

www.onsalebridal.com - It is now 9 days before the wedding and I have not received my bridesmaid dress. Three of the Four Bridesmaids have either not received their dresses, or received them late. I've found it impossible to get any info from them.

I wanted to leave review for this site just to say thank you for all their service. I purchased my very very hard to find wedding dress from onsalebridal. Every other online shop told me that my wear date is too soon, including my local shop. But, onsalebridal came through and delivered the dress to me in 3 weeks. I was in such a panic but didn't want another dress since i fell in love with mine. After every other place letting me down they came through and got my dress to me on time. Thank you, ...

Just got my prom dress. The dress arrived 2 weeks earlier than quoted and it looks fabulous. Customer service was great. their online chat system let me know about the stock availability and all email were answered quickly. A++++ for service and price.

My finaces and I where looking to buy our bridesmaid dresses online since we are on tight budget. After several weeks of research we came across onsalebridal. Their help desk person, helped us pick a style and gave us sizing recommendation. We ended up buying 5 Alexia designs dresses which looked wonderful in our wedding. The dresses arrived a week earlier than quoted and for the price we paid compared to other places we were very happy with this transaction.

On Sale Bridal www.onsalebridal.com - It is now 5 days past their promised date and they have not acknowledge my emails. If by some miracle I actually receive the dress, I will amend this review to show that, but there is no excuse for their horrible customer service I have recieved.

I just received all my bridesmaid dresses from onsalebridal.com. I was surprised to see the previous review as i had a pleasant experience with them. The dresses are beautiful and my bridesmaids couldn't be happier specially since we saved over $300 all together. We had a little confusion on sizing but they helped us with all the measurements. I would recommend this site to others if you are looking to save some $.

I could not contact them via phone or internet. I found a sample dress that was discontinued from the designer but I wanted to buy it new. So, I looked on the internet and looked at many sites that offered the same dress. I emailed onsalebridal.com several times with no response. After calling about 10 others, they all said the couldn't get it for me.
