Good Points: Small compact size, touch sensitive features, PC connection for updates, audio incoming and outgoing.

Bad Points: Earpiece tends to pop out of ear, even with round-ear holder in place, this results in the user having keep fiddling with the headset.
Ear can become tender and uncomfortable at times.
Touch sensitive controls can be fiddly.

General comments: The great thing about the Southwing SH505 bluetooth headset is the possibility of upgrading the unit for future proofing, i.e. pairing to mobile phones now and in the future.
The free to download control software to update the headset can be found on the manufacturer's web site.
It can be controlled with different ring tones to alert you of incoming calls, or store numbers for straight or voice dialing.
I found the headset to work flawlessly with my SE K800i and V3i.
Overall it is a great headset, and i would recommend it.
The only negative point as i said earlier is the ear bud does not stay where it is supposed to stay, or maybe it's down to my ears, who knows.
