Good Points: Fantastic service and good quality products.
Bad Points: I didn't want to wait for my furniture...but it was worth it!
General comments: Having recently bought a chunky square arm corner sofa from Indigo furniture a few months ago now, I was thrilled with the service and the condition of the sofa. We were passing through Matlock one weekend and decided to stop off and have a look; I could have bought everything in the store! We instantly fell in love with the sofa and after a couple of hours, and a coffee or two later, we ordered one.
Having updates on the progress and courtesy calls throughout, Indigo amazed me even before we had the sofa. Once the sofa was delivered-with the delivery men being both friendly and efficient-we sat on our gorgeous new furniture and felt we must write about how brilliant Indigo is. We have since purchased a few more items and have been surprised yet blown away by the service from purchasing to delivery. Thank you Indigo, especially the sales staff and delivery team-you were all great.

Well we had our arched sofa delivered last week and I must say it's just right for us, looks great, good quality should last us years, Very pleased. To be honest it was a gamble ordering online from just looking on Indigo's Web Site but it turned out ok with the staff on the phone & email very helpful.

Ps, the delivery lads could not have been more helpful, I don't normally bother to leave comments on web sites but the Service and furniture deserve ...

I saw Indigo Furniture Chunky Square Arm on 60 minute makeover and checked out their website. Me and my partner were getting married and our parents always told us that we should save up for decent furniture. We love love love Indigo Furniture! Refreshing to see a boutique furniture company selling their own designs in great quality at realistic prices and not made in China! I have just seen the jamcapital review here and feel compelled to write because our experiences of Indigo Furniture are so completely opposite to his. We honestly cannot praise them enough! I found Indigo whilst searching for chunky furniture on the web. I was a little apprehensive about ordering when I hadn't seen anything 'in the flesh'. I emailed them and within the day they had got back to me and answered all of questions and offered me help and reassurance they were a legit company. From start to finish "Indigo Furniture " were just superb, the sales staff obviously know what they are taking about and to say that i only visited their shop in Matlock, Derbyshire to "have a nosey" i ended up furnishing my whole house. Deffinate value for money and the quality is amazing, they have even given me 15 years warrantee on my purchase. I recently purchased a Square Arm Shabby sofa, and I can not speak highly enough of the quality, service and value for money that they offer.
My order was dealt with efficiently and professionally. When the sofas were delivered they were exactly what I had wanted. It is always tricky when buying on the Internet without setting foot in a showroom. We ordered a two and three seater sofa plus footstool from Indigo Furniture back in May 06. The first set that arrived had to be returned due to defective cushions. On their advise we agreed to a replacement on the assurance that this must have been a one off problem. However the second set of sofas have gone exactly the same. The stuffing inside the cushions has all but disappeared and we are now sitting on the bare frame which as you can imagine is very uncomfortable.
