    All I can say is OMG! I have never in my life encountered a more rude person operating the Nell Butler website. When I complained because I did not receive my perfume (because the post office didn't leave a notice when they tried to deliver for a signature), this guy named John replied back calling me a loser alcoholic too lazy to answer my door. He also told me I needed therapy and all kinds of other insulting statements in his email. I shared the email with friends/family and no one could believe it but it's true. The guy and company must be wacked out! I did some research and they have an F- rating from the BBB. No wonder. DO NOT SHOP HERE...unless you want to be insulted and out money. I'm out 140.00 3 months later.

    Horrible experience with this company. Rude and disrespectful responses from nellbutler@yahoo.com. What a jerk! I would never deal with this company nor would I recco. them to anyone!

    I received the wrong perfume and have been trying unsuccessfully to get a refund since april. Initially i received instuctions on how i could claim my refund, now they are not even acknowledging my emails. Don't know what im gonna do next.

    Do not do business with this company. The shipping was quick but they shipped the wrong product. I want to return it but i have had no response to my emails or phone calls. The phone mail box seems to be full when i phone so i cannot leave a message.

    For the money saved I lost a lot of scent since both bottles purchases went bad just after a short time. I will not shop with them anymore. They ended up costing me more in the end as the scent went bad.

    I feel that for the 10% or so that you save in cost isn't worth the lack in quality since I had to replace the scents I had purchased. I think its possible to get fresh scent here but I would recommend speaking to someone on the phone to get your doubts or general questions answered.

    I ordered the wrong product from the Nell Butler website. I had it shipped to my sister-in-law as a present. She returned it before I could get approval from the company. They told me they had no idea where it could have gone, and that their 5 locations were not authorized to handle returns. They offered no help or solution.
