    Good Points: It is very easy on your foot


    Bad Points: It gets punctured easily


    General comments: This adidas teamfeist capitano ball is insane i love it and use it for all my practcies its is awesome for a football

    The Adidas Teamgeist Capitano is an incredible football. Its good for kicking, great for curling and heading and it looks really good as well. There are no bad points.
