“Bought in March ,has never functioned...”

Bought in March ,has never functioned properly.Numerous phone calls and emails,sometimes no response .Returned unit,came back worse than it went, and rapidly became totally unusable.Informed Medion,still no reply a week later.All my friends have cheaper Sat. Navs. from other manufactures and have had no problems.Bad product ,bad customer service.Have had to involve Trading Standards, and am writing to Watchdog. (read more)
