Good Points: Feature packed and now very inexpensive if you can find one. Quick satellite acquisition and route calculation. Easy to read screen. MSN direct if you have good coverage in your area. Easy cell phone interface.
Bad Points: Touch screen response/accuracy is flaky resulting in errors when entering words. MSN direct traffic info in Toronto, Canada is minimal at best, not the reception, but the areas that have traffic info are few and far between. Speaker could be louder.
General comments: I purchased this unit refurbished but identical to new. Came with 1 year MSN direct subscription for free. Would not renew as there is only traffic info provided for my area on 2 major routes, just not worth it.
Overall though the unit functions very well and is much more responsive than my older Garmin gps. I don't always agree with the routes it chooses and wish there would be software for these that would learn your preferred routes over time. Still, if you can get one cheap you can't beat the features. This one has it all.

The Garmin Streetpilot C530 is missing in the information related to the street and way to enter where you want to go, but if you go by address and the address is there it is excellent.
