    The Seiko Coutura Kinetic Perpetual is a gorgeous timepiece that is heavy in weight but not huge and bulky like others. I liked the over-size date window and the stainless steel bracelet with the push button release. My old watch was a Seiko divers watch that I found under 4 feet of water when I was 20 years old and I have replaced 4 watch bands and I still use it. I am 54yrs old now! No reason why this Seiko would'nt last as long as my other one.

    Seiko Coutura Kinetic Perpetual is my third Seiko watch the oldest is 30 years and is still working fine. This one looks fine but in my opinion is not as well made. Although Seiko say it is water proof to 100 meters mine leaked when only swimming in a pool. Sent it back under warranty and was told that I must have pulled out the crown while swimming, (I believe I did not) and therefore had to pay for the repair. I will not be buying any more Seiko watches.
