Good Points: Easy to use, looks good, stylish
Bad Points: Black lines on screen.
General comments: Well it was great until I had it about a year and I wanted to put more songs on it. However when I did a dark line appeared across my screen cutting some of the picture. Then a few months later it happened again so now I had two lines. A few days later the screeen completely black out and was only barely visible in the dark!!! Dont buy this product!

I bought the Zen V+ after having had just a simple music only 2Gb player with no on screen display. I confess it did the music part of what I wanted very well, it doesn't cope with photos though and you might as well forget the idea of any video clips.
I realise I'm asking a lot from such a small screen but to be fair Creative claim it can do it and the claim simply isn't true.
The interface is good, or at least it was for me.....easy to scroll music lists and easy to select....no complaints ...
